Ramona Water Mitigation
At the beginning of March, Pacific Flood Restoration was called out to a home for a bathroom pipe backup causing damage throughout the home. During our evaluation, we discovered that there was sewage seepage in the baseboards of the home.
During the demolition process, we were able to successfully able to remove the baseboards and the affected drywall. Unfortunately, because the source of the leak the water was completely saturated with standing water, flooring throughout the home had to be removed.
Onsite pack-out was completed to ensure no collectible items in the home were damaged from leaks. Storage pod is also onsite for safe and accessible storage. Once all damaged building materials were removed, it took about five days to have the home completely dried out.
