We were called out on Aug. 24th to address a small leak under a bathroom vanity that had been leaking for some time. When we arrived at the unit in University City I quickly realized this was a bigger issue than the owner had thought. Behind the vanity there was extensive damage and quit a big of mold growth. We set up an enclosure to isolate the damage removed the lowed portion of the vanity was remove with the drywall behind. We ran an air-scrubber for 2 days and treated with anti-microbial.72hour turn around and ready to be put back together.
