We responded to a toilet overflow in San Diego over the weekend It was a bathroom on the second floor of a condominium. As usual there was minor damage in the upstairs bath with the downstairs unit was not so lucky. 75% of the bathroom in the lower unit had to be removed. As luck would have it the unit was empty and ready for new tenants to arrive from cross country We worked late that night be sure to get all the demo done and keep the loss isolated to the bathroom to try and minimize the inconvenience for the new tenants. We set up a blower and dehumidifier in each bathroom and all was dry in 48hrs.Treated the effected areas and on to the next one.
