Responded to a call in Normal Heights where the tenants of a unit were complaining about a musty smell in there walk in closet. When we arrived a plumber had already found and repaired a pine hole leak in the ceiling of the closet. This was an older building and the plaster walls were completed saturated for a while and the mold was visible on the exterior of the wall. We removed the damaged area, old plaster walls with are not the easiest material to work with incredible dusty and takes about three times the time to remediate. We ran the scrubber , treated the effected area and we were gone.
