A multi level condominium in La Jolla had a serious mold growth in all places right in the intake of an air conditioning unit, contaminating the rest of the unit Pacific Flood Restoration immediately isolated the contaminated area and set up a negative air system. We then treated the entire unit with anti-microbial prior to removing the damaged material below the air conditioning unit. We were able to successfully remediate the entire unit in less than one week.
