We were called out to take a look at a foreclosure property in Mira Mesa for the new owner. When the client purchased the property she was aware of some minor mold issues in the kitchen and two small areas in the bathrooms. After assisting the damage we explained what details are involved in the remediation process. After the consultation we were cleared to do the work. We built enclosures, set up negative air and started the demo.
