Small leak in a ice maker fill line caused quite a bit of damage in this Encinitas apartment. After identifying the problem we were able to isolate the area set up negative air and begin with the remediation. Once all the damaged materials were removed we ran the scrubbers and a dehumidifier for 48hrs., which was plenty of time to dry down and the affected area. We followed up with a good wipe down and treatment of anti-microbial.
