The overflow valve in the hall bathroom of this Vista apartment had been broken for a couple of years at least. Every time someone took a shower or bath the water made its way through the vacant hole affecting the whole bathroom as well as the kitchen behind it. There was a full day of demo removing the tub, the wall behind it, the sub floor as well as the lower cabinets in the kitchen. We had negative air set up in both areas prior to beginning the demo.
